In the commercial and mixed-use sector, LIMCO provided lighting systems design for Turtle River Park in Ocho Rios, St. Ann, as well as lighting systems design and electrical engineering services for Nordstrom. These projects emphasized high-performance lighting solutions that enhance user experience, energy efficiency, and architectural presentation in public and retail environments.
LIMCO also delivered comprehensive MEP and fire protection and suppression designs for major corporate and industrial clients, including Sagicor Life of Jamaica, Dairy Industries Jamaica Limited, Lasco Financial Services, and CIBC FirstCaribbean International Bank (Jamaica). These projects required integrated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems designed to support critical business operations, ensure occupant safety, and comply with stringent industry and insurance standards.

LIMCO also provided fire protection and suppression designs for the Canadian High Commission in Kingston, further demonstrating expertise in high-security and institutional facilities.
